Please follow this link to register for ‘All you can innovate - 2019': Talks, Team surgeries and poster session.

If you're an Imperial academic and/or entrepreneur interested in talking to our industry partners at the Corporate Speed Dating please follow the instructions below.

Imperial entrepreneurs/ start-ups have to register as Imperial. You will be able to indicate that later on during the registration process.

Not available on the day? No worries, you can still set a profile and get in touch in companies.

Step 1: Create a profile

Go to the Register tab on top of the page and follow the instructions.

1.  Please choose account type IMPERIAL

2.  PLEASE USE IMPERIAL AS YOUR ORGANISATION

3.  You will be prompted to choose a group: Researcher or Entrepreneur. The Corporate Speed Dating is open to Imperial researchers looking for research collaborations and promoting their intellectual property as well as to Imperial Entrepreneurs looking to promote their start-ups. Please be aware that not all companies are interested in meeting Entrepreneurs. You will be able to see that information once you have created a profile.

4.  You will need to enter a non-confidential summary of your research interests. The more details you include, the easier it will be for other attendees to find and research your profile and request meetings with you. Please do not exceed 500 words. Mandatory fields are highlighted in bold font.

Step 2: Access your account

Log in and click Account to update your personal details. These can include a brief profile, a logo and a personal portrait (.jpg or .png, max filesize 1Mb). Change your password and/or email preference here if required.

If you’re not able to make it on the day, please block your meeting slots from your profile.

Step 3: Set up Meetings

1. Click Search in the menu bar to view and search company listings. You can use the search tool on the left of the page to refine your selection, or order by date of entry using the selection tool above the listing. The search is hierarchical, so the second category you select will be a subset of the first. If you then wish to start a new search, please click Reset on the Search tool before starting again.

2.  Click 'Book Meeting' on your chosen participant's entry, then follow the on-screen instructions. You can include a message with your request, and invite your colleague(s) to the meeting if they are available. Certain companies are not coming in the day but are keen to collaborate with Imperial. They appear as “Remote participation”. You cannot book meetings but can send messages through the partnering system.

Step 4: Check your Schedule

Go to Schedule to manage your availability. Click the toggle icon on the times you wish to be unavailable for meetings. It is important that you do this so as to avoid receiving meeting requests for inconvenient times. You can also check the schedule of presentations in Sessions and block times in your calendar.

You can also print your schedule directly from this page using the 'Print' link. We strongly recommend printing your schedule in advance.

Forgotten your password? No problem, click here to reset.
